Resolved - Today between 11:48 Pacific and 13:46 Pacific we had a partial outage. New tool authorizations failed. Existing tokens were unaffected.

Tool-authentication blocked for high-volume customers
Resolved - A small number high-volume customers were impacted yesterday when we erroneously prevented them from authenticating tools for a percentage of their users. The issue was due to a bad cache configuration. We have reverted our changes and tools now works as expected.
